$175 includes personal instruction, demo and lunch in the Historic Uptown District of New Orleans at Carol Peebles' private studio. This is the same weekend as French Quarter Fest, so consider joining the Fest on Friday and Sunday, but draw with us on Saturday. So many opportunities to put your lessons to work drawing our beautiful city at the prettiest time of year!

Service Description
Learn observational sketching techniques for people, places and things so you can confidently sketch on your own indoors or outdoors. In the morning, see demonstrations of techniques in the Classical Realist Tradition at the private studio of Carol Peebles, then in the afternoon we will go out on site in New Orleans to draw together. The Crescent City is so beautiful this time of year! And French Quarter Fest is a wonderful opportunity to continue drawing.
For beginners to professionals; use your favorite dry media: charcoal, pastel, or graphite.
